A single lesson or a coaching series must be paid for in cash, via Twint or by deposit within 14 days.

Changes to the schedule of Movement Medicine Sessions
Schedule changes may occur at any time. These will be communicated primarily via the WhatsApp and Telegram channels.

Cancellation conditions for individual coaching sessions
Agreed individual sessions that are cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of the start date will be charged 100%.

Cancellation conditions for mini-workshops (up to 3 hours of course duration - individually or in groups)
If you cancel within 14 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of CHF 20 per deposit will be charged.

Within 24 hours, 50% of the course costs will be charged.
If the workshop is fully booked and the place cannot be filled, the full course fee will be charged. If a substitute can be found, the course fee will be waived.

Cancellation conditions for day and weekend workshops
If you cancel up to two months before the start of the course, a processing fee of CHF 20 will be charged with your deposit. If you cancel up to one month before the start of the course, a fee of CHF 50 will be charged. If you cancel within one month, 50% of the course fee will be charged. If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, the full amount is due. Cancellation insurance in case of illness is recommended.
If a substitute person can be found, the course fee will be waived.

Liability
Insurance for all activities offered by the provider is the responsibility of the participants. Amber Dubinsky disclaims any liability for personal injury or property damage.
