Psychedelic-
assisted
Therapy

Psyche = soul
Delos = visible, revealed

So literally:
„making the soul visible“.

What is Psychedelic-assisted Therapy?
Psychedelic-assisted Therapy (PAT) is a therapeutic approach in which specific substances are used under medical and psychotherapeutic supervision to support deeper psychological processes. The most commonly used psychedelic substances are psilocybin, LSD, and MDMA.

In a therapeutic context, the experience of a psychedelic can help loosen rigid thought patterns and open up new perspectives. Healing can occur. This form of therapy is intended for individuals who meet the required criteria. Clear requirements apply, which we list on our website (see below).

Together with psychiatrist Pract. med. Werner Scharr, I accompany individuals through this process — from the initial consultation and application to the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG/FOPH), through the psychedelic experience itself, and into the integration of the experience into everyday life.

The weaving of two dimensions
The core team consists of Amber Dubinsky and Werner Scharr. We bring together two dimensions that are central to this work:
on the one hand, the medical expertise and clinical experience, which form an essential foundation without which this work would not be possible. On the other hand, mysticism, the inclusion of body-based work and Movement Medicine, as well as ritual elements that deepen and expand the process. Through this integration, a holistic experience emerges — a safely held space that can also open a connection to something greater.

Our offerings include one-to-one settings, one-day group settings, and, in the future, multi-day retreats.
