I truly believe that the greatest fear many of us have [myself included] is that of our own radiance and light. I also truly believe that this is exactly what is needed—from you, me, and us—for us to awaken as human beings. Awakening not as a goal or endpoint, but as a path to growing awareness, inner alignment, and compassion. Being fully present—with clarity and love.

My journey to increasing awareness has led me into the business world, in and out of a marriage, away from civilization, to a Buddhist center and monastery. I've lived in Hamburg, Bangkok, Ticino, and many other places, in a tiny house, a luxury loft, and a former stable. I've also [certainly] experienced a night in a grave I dug myself. Three vision quests, ceremonies, initiations, and marrying myself have accompanied and deepened my path.

I am a trained coach, movement medicine teacher (in training), educational innovator, career-changer in teaching – and above all, a life dancer. My soul pulses to serve the best I can. My wish on my first vision quest was to gain a clear vision for my life. This wish did not come true. Instead, I gained the insight that with every breath and step, I create my own life. What freedom and responsibility at the same time. In this way, I continuously experience who I am in order to give what wants to come out into the world through me. Part of this is being able to accompany people on their journey in different ways.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
Psychedelics represent, for me, a portal into the inner world — into the dark places that call for attention, and therefore for light and healing — as well as a portal to the Divine. Together with my colleague, Pract. med. Werner Scharr, we guide groups through substance-assisted experiences, bridging two distinct dimensions: medical expertise, including authorization from the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), and the dimension of mysticism, which includes ritual, bodywork, and intuition.
 
Yes To Your Self Movement
Yes To Your Self has become a powerful movement of reconnection, self-love, and embodiment.
We guide people inward. From that place, they create a promise to themselves — and a ritual that holds and anchors that promise.
Together, we witness and hold space. In beauty, truth, and integrity.
 
Movement Medicine
I regularly offer Movement Medicine dance journeys and weave this practice into all of my work.
From held underground raves to sacred forests — spaces where people remember, through movement, who they truly are.
And most of all, within Movement Medicine ceremonies.

As a guide, I work from the inside out — with wisdom and pragmatism.
With grace and grounded fire, I bring ancient knowledge into modern contexts.

  • Youth development: Management of over 7 project weeks "Youth Enterprise" to promote creativity and entrepreneurship (> 60 students), funded by the " Bonny Foundation for Freedom "
